Daniel L Luksetich

Daniel Luksetich is an internationally recognized Db2 GOLD consultant, educator, author, presenter, database administrator, and application developer, focusing primarily on the IBM Db2 database product on all platforms. Daniel has 34 years Db2 experience, most of which has been spent working at customer locations in North America and Europe, building and tuning high performance, highly available Db2 systems on the z/OS, Linux, Windows, iSeries, and AIX Platforms. Dan’s experience includes extensive work within the following disciplines: Database Administration, System Programming, Performance Tuning, Database and Application Architecture, Disaster Recovery, Complex SQL, Database Design (including VLDB), Replication, Stored Procedures and User Defined Functions. Dan routinely works on databases that are larger than ten terabytes in size, and processing many millions of requests per day (both z/OS and AIX platforms). Customers have come to rely on Dan’s extensive Db2 and application knowledge when making decisions about mission critical technology deployments. Dan also excels at implementation performance audits, resulting in significant CPU savings for all size customers. Dan is a certified Db2 12 for z/OS Administrator.
